MSMEs in Afghanistan
Clustered MSMEs face challenges such as limited access to finance, technology, markets, and infrastructure. A joint research report by UNDP and UNCTAD, based on a survey of 1,350 clustered MSMEs across five urban centres in Afghanistan, explores ways to support these businesses in creating jobs—especially for women—enhancing export competitiveness, and contributing to the country’s economic recovery.
