The Pacific Youth Climate Statement is the outcome of the Regional Conference of Youth Oceania 2026, endorsed by YOUNGO, the Children and Youth Constituency of the UNFCCC, and delivered as the third dialogue of the hybrid Pacific Youth Talanoa Series in the lead up to COP31.

The Pacific Youth Talanoa Series was co-designed and co-delivered by the Pacific Youth Council and the United Nations, in partnership with regional organsiations including youth organsiations. 

The Pacific Youth Climate Statement is a Pacific youth led document.
