Regional Women's Leadership Academy in the Digital Era
Participants
The first regional edition of the Academy brings together more than 40 women leaders from 23 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. They represent the executive and legislative branches, electoral management bodies, civil society, academia, the media, and the field of digital governance. They are united by a shared purpose: to understand, influence, and drive transformation within their own contexts.
One region, many voices
The Regional Academy for Women's Leadership in the Digital Era – Latin America and the Caribbean is a plurinational and intergenerational space. Its geographic diversity is central to its methodology. By bringing together women with different experiences and from diverse contexts, the Academy creates the conditions to develop collective strategies grounded in a shared regional perspective.
The Academy brings together women from diverse sectors because the challenges of the digital era cannot be addressed from a single sphere. Meaningful change happens at the intersection of politics, technology, civil society, and communications.
