Manual for volunteer rain observers, considered the main link in water issues of Cuba, who are anonymous people and very dedicated to the task of measuring daily rainfall levels, as well as issue written reports of any type of meteorological incident that occurs at its point of observation, with a view to a better evaluation and use of the country's water resources.
