Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) for Financing Agrochemicals Reduction and Management (FARM) Project in Lao PDR

October 8, 2026

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) has been established for the Financing Agrochemicals Reduction and Management (FARM) Project in Lao PDR in accordance with UNDP's Social and Environmental Standards (SES). It provides a formal and accessible channel for project stakeholders to raise concerns, complaints, or feedback related to the project's social and environmental risks and impacts. The GRM supports transparent engagement, timely resolution of grievances, and effective project-level risk management.

While the GRM serves as an important avenue for addressing concerns, it complements rather than replaces ongoing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Through the GRM, communities and stakeholders can report issues, seek clarification, and contribute to the identification and management of potential risks.
