This video documents the collaborative journey behind Lao PDR’s National Action Plan (2026–2030) to implement the recommendations received from the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). It highlights how UNDP, Government, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities, and partners, have worked together to translate international recommendations into nationally owned priorities.
