Rasha Muzher Ammar, a 38-year-old woman from Rawah, Anbar, transformed her life through a UNDP Iraq’s Social Cohesion Programme-supported project implemented by HRF. After receiving training in sales, marketing, and communication, Rasha gained the confidence to start her own date syrup business.

With a business grant from the project, she launched her venture, built a strong customer base, and now enjoys financial stability. The training not only improved her livelihood but also empowered her socially and personally. Rasha now dreams of expanding her business and helping other women in her community.
