The Stakeholder Response Mechanism (SRM) provides a safe and accessible way for communities, partners, and stakeholders to submit complaints, concerns, or inquiries related to UNDP-supported activities in Iraq.
Through this mechanism, individuals and organizations can report issues such as environmental concerns, social impacts, service delivery issues, or misconduct. UNDP Iraq is committed to ensuring that all submissions are reviewed confidentially, addressed fairly, and responded to in a timely manner.
