A gender mainstreaming training manual as knowledge product in partnership with the national stakeholder in 9 governorates . in long  process involves assessing any proposed action for its differential implications for women and men, including policies, programs and projects. Methodologies and tools are presented in the product to identify and address the gender gap across all sectors and interventions. A key objective of this knowledge product is to help development workers design interventions that benefit both men and women equally. The engendering of development is essential to enhancing resilience at the local level, which requires cultural, economic, and institutional transformation to achieve gender equality.
