This guide provides practical guidance on integrating green and gender-responsive criteria into public procurement by local governments in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It covers the legal frameworks in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union, tender preparation, bid evaluation and contract monitoring. Through concrete recommendations and examples of good practice, the guide helps local authorities use public funds more efficiently while promoting environmental sustainability and gender equality.
