The Joint INFF Programme, through its component “Sdg financing portfolio,” aims to support the Haitian State in developing a coherent development financing strategy aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Implemented between 2020 and 2023 by UNDP and UNCTAD, with the support of the Joint SDG Fund, it represents the main national framework for reflection on the articulation between planning, public policies, and resource mobilization. This component enabled the production of a Development Finance Assessment (DFA), based on ten sectoral and thematic studies, as well as the organization of national consultations, including citizen surveys. It also contributed to the adoption of an SDG Roadmap integrating the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF), aimed at strengthening financial governance, institutional coordination, and the monitoring of SDG-related investments. Despite a context marked by political instability, insecurity, and the COVID-19 pandemic, the programme laid solid analytical foundations, even though the operational implementation of financing strategies remains to be consolidated.
