In 2025, the SIPS Project supported Bangladesh’s governance reform agenda by helping institutions move from reform intent to concrete action. Through evidence-based, inclusive, and nationally owned approaches, SIPS strengthened civil service capacity, merit-based recruitment, data credibility, human rights protection, digital parliamentary reform, and citizen-led accountability—laying strong foundations for lasting institutional change.
