The SIPS Reform Bulletin 2025 highlights key initiatives undertaken with national institutions to advance governance reform in Bangladesh. Throughout the year, the Strengthening Institutions, Policies and Services (SIPS) Project supported efforts to strengthen civil service capacity, promote merit-based recruitment, enhance the credibility of national statistics, advance parliamentary digitalization, and support the strengthening of human rights protection and oversight mechanisms. The stories presented in this bulletin reflect progress made in laying the institutional foundations for more transparent, accountable, and evidence-based governance.
