This booklet is a summary of the e-discussion that ran on the HIV Asia Pacific Community of Practice (HIV-APCoP) - www.hivapcop.org - from 11 August to 3 September, 2010. The three-part discussion, focusing on Advocacy, Stigma and Discrimination; Access to Services; and Violence Against Women, received 27 contributions from 10 countries.
