This guide is a practical resource for Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) to enhance the impact of their climate-related work and verify that national climate goals translate into measurable results.

Drawing on an analysis of 60 climate audit reports from around the world, the guide offers auditors and policymakers the tools needed to assess the effectiveness of climate action, from institutional assessments to practical evaluations of policy coherence and environmental outcomes.
