Following the adoption of the Tunisian Constitution on January 26, 2014, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), recognized the interest - from Tunisian stakeholders but also from those who are or will face similar challenges - of a publication that documents in a comprehensive manner the lessons of the transitional process and of the Constitution. This work covers, in the first part, the Constitution drafting process, and in the second part, with the analysis of its different provisions.
