Through its regional approach, the Programme facilitates multi-country dialogue, knowledge generation, and experience sharing to address development challenges that cannot be tackled effectively at the national level alone. The Programme advances integrated solutions across governance, resilience, planet, and prosperity, guided by three regional accelerators digital and AI transformation, gender equality, and sustainable finance. By leveraging regional cooperation, the Programme enables countries to benefit from shared lessons, policy innovation, and regional public goods, translating collective action into tangible and sustainable development outcomes across the Arab States.
