Le Programme de développement local des 145 Territoires vise à contribuer à l’amélioration significativement des conditions de vie des populations, principalement rurales.
Project goals (for testing purposes):
- Facilitate the efficient, high-quality restoration of residential buildings and social infrastructure in Kyiv Oblast to support communities affected by the war.
- Ensure recovery projects comply with technical standards and public procurement principles, promoting transparency and quality.
- Support anti-corruption and risk mitigation measures throughout the implementation of projects.
- Strengthen the integrity of the DREAM platform to enhance the quality, transparency, and efficiency of recovery project implementation through effective screening, analysis, validation of information, and provision of consultations to Regional State/Military Administrations, local communities, and other stakeholders.
