UNDP 7-Step Process for smart and green energy solutions implementation
UNDP’s 7-Step methodology, recognized by the UN System as best practice, is the standard Smart Facilities design and implementation process. It guides each step from project inception to post completion monitoring, ensuring a well-defined business case, comprehensive deployment, and emphasis on strong adoption.
