Invitation for orientation on e-tendering System

UNDP Saudi Arabia Office is moving to the new UNDP e-Tendering System shortly. In view of this UNDP is organizing an orientation on the new e-tendering system, the session is open for all interested suppliers, the topics will cover as follows

  1. System overview and registration steps
  2. How to look for opportunities
  3. How to submit a proposal/ tender
  4. Other functions and features of the system

 All Interested suppliers/ dealers/ manufacturers/ distributors/ services providers are cordially invited to attend the orientation which will take place on Wednesday 19 Feb 2020, from 10:00 am, till 12:00 pm, at UN House Diplomatic Quarter, roundabout 9.

Those who are interested in the bidder’s orientation will send their confirmation indicating their name with organization/firm, nature of the business, email/mobile no. latest by 10.30 AM of 17th Feb 2020 for enrollment for the session before the scheduled time.
