Quantum supplier portal
Quantum is UNDP’s comprehensive e-procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, providing end-to-end process management for all procurement activities. This cutting-edge platform integrates various procurement functions into a single, cohesive system, enabling seamless management of procurement processes from requisition to payment. Suppliers can use this online portal to view solicitation documents, submit their bids, communicate with the procurement office, etc. The Quantum Supplier Portal has now also been implemented by some other UN agencies which will facilitate vendors in engaging with them as well.
