This report sets out the findings of an external review of the Vanuatu National Vector Borne Diseases Control Programme. The Review provides an independent look at the Programme in terms of its organization, management framework, and assesses progress towards malaria elimination.

Recommendation are made to help the Programme define next steps for improving programme performance, redefine strategic directions and focus, including revising policies where necessary. The recommendations will feed into the preparation of the next National Malaria Strategic Plan and next proposal for Global Fund support.
