The Leadership Handbook supports women, youth and community leaders to strengthen inclusive leadership in the green energy transition. Developed under the Vanuatu Green Energy Transformation (VGET) Project, the handbook provides practical tools and reflections to build confidence, decision-making skills and community engagement. It contains a facilitator's guide, a draft agenda and slides to guide the training delivery.
