The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF-SGP) Malaysia, is pleased to announce that the 2026 Calls for Proposals are now open under:
- GEF-SGP Operational Phase 8 (OP8)
- ICCA-GSI Phase 2 (Indigenous Peoples and Community Conserved Territories and Areas – Global Support Initiative)
Building on over 26 years of implementation in Malaysia, SGP continues to support community-led initiatives that generate global environmental benefits while strengthening local livelihoods. To date, the programme has supported 294 projects nationwide, mobilising over USD 10.9 million in grants.
