A document that includes the guidelines for the preparation of the executive report on hazard, vulnerability and disasters risk territorial studies, which has as outputs the technical reports and maps including vulnerabilities, existing risks and recommendations for the reduction of vulnerabilities at the provincial, municipal and community council level.
