October 8, 2026

The portfolio is intended for international partners, investors, foundations, and organisations seeking to support Ukraine's sustainable recovery and invest in projects that make a tangible difference in people's lives across the country.

It features 50 investment-ready recovery and development projects from 18 communities across nine regions of Ukraine, with a combined funding requirement of approximately US$122.7 million. Together, these projects have the potential to benefit 367,488 people.

The initiatives span a wide range of priority areas, including social and municipal infrastructure, economic development, safety and security, education, healthcare, culture and sport. All projects are aligned with the strategic development priorities of the communities, as outlined in their respective strategies.

This Portfolio of Projects was developed by Ukrainian territorial communities with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and with financial support from the Government of Japan.

The views, conclusions, and recommendations expressed in this publication are those of the authors and editors and do not necessarily reflect the official position of the Government of Japan, UNDP or other United Nations entities.
