In Ghana, UNDP works within the framework of the GovernmentUN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF). UNDP's programmes seek to support Ghana achieve her development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for People, Prosperity, Planet, Peace, and Partnerships by 2030. This is to contribute to the achievement of Ghana’s Coordinated Programme of Economic and Social Development Policies (2017-2024) and the Ghana Beyond Aid Charter towards an inclusive and resilient Ghana.
UNDP in Ghana is currently focusing its development interventions on two main programme areas for 2023-2027. These are accountable, inclusive and responsive governance and social cohesion; and sustainable, resilient and inclusive growth and structural transformation.
