What it is

This programme equips governments and public sector institutions to design and manage digital services that meet citizens’ needs. It provides foundational knowledge in digital transformation, citizen-centered design, and data-driven decision-making. Participants also develop prototypes for inclusive public services based on identified challenges. Using a whole-of-society approach, the training enables public sector teams to address real problems with innovative and inclusive solutions.
