Event Details

12 - 14 June 2022

Doha, Qatar

The AI4CI workshop will bring together development actors from around the world and leading minds in the field of data science to advance UNDP’s work on leveraging collective intelligence to inform sustainable development.  The global network of 91 labs inside the United Nations provide a hedge against uncertainty by diversifying the ways in which development problems are understood through uncommon sources of data and advanced computational techniques.

Attendees will share examples of cutting-edge computational solutions; exchange information and ideas on how to leverage collective intelligence through artificial intelligence; and strengthen capabilities and ties to tackle complex sustainable development challenges.

AI4CI is jointly organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Accelerator Labs, UNDP Innovation in the Arab States, and the Social Computing Department of the Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI). It will take place from 12 to 14 June, 2022 in Doha, Qatar. The activities will be hosted by the Qatar Computing Research Institute.
