This is the evaluation of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Strategic Plan 2022-2025 conducted by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) for presentation at the UNDP Executive Board Annual Session in June 2025. This evaluation assessed the most significant changes- both positive and negative- shaped by the UNDP vision, its operationalization and influence on UNDP strategic positioning in the context of the United Nations Development System (UNDS) reform and amidst a complex and evolving global development landscape within the period of January 2020 to September 2024.
