2025 was a defining year for Liberia—marked by resilience, leadership, and progress under the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID) 2025–2030. Across governance, climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and inclusive economic transformation, Liberia advanced its national priorities.

This year’s report highlights the UNDP’s deepened partnership with the Government of Liberia, specifically focused on driving inclusive growth through digital transformation, diaspora engagement, and strategic investment mobilization.
