The permit authorizes MMCRP to construct a coastal defense (revetment) structure at West Point, following approval of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), in line with the Environment Protection and Management Law of Liberia (2003).

Permitted activities: 

• Construction of a coastal defense/revetment structure.
• The project must remain strictly within the approved UTM coordinates (Zone 29N) listed in the permit and social safeguards as per the Environmental Protection and Management Law of Liberia (EPML).
• Any work outside these coordinates without EPA approval constitutes a violation.
