This document provides a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) supporting the Project Document (ProDoc) for the project entitled 'Enhancing the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities in Sinoe County of Liberia'. The project — funded by the Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF) operated by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) — aims to reduce the vulnerability of Liberian coastal communities and their assets to the impacts of current and future climate change.
