The Environmental and Social Assessment Report (ESAR) evaluates proposed climate‑resilience interventions along the coastal areas of the Monrovia Metropolitan Area (MMA), Liberia. It was prepared for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and UNDP to ensure that planned coastal protection and adaptation measures reduce climate risks while safeguarding people, livelihoods, and ecosystems.
