Youth Co:Lab’s SDGs Business Challenge winner selected as a partner company for the 2023 Japan SDGs Innovation Challenge for UNDP Accelerator Labs!

Think Sea Corp. (CEO Mr Tomohisa Noguchi, with the brand name of “tototo”), a winner of the Youth Co:Lab (co-led by UNDP and Citi Foundation) Social Innovation Challenge Japan 2021, was selected as a partner company through the Japan SDGs Innovation Challenge for UNDP Accelerator Labs in 2023.

Japan SDGs Innovation Challenge matches UNDP Accelerator Labs with Japanese companies in a new collaborative process where partners co-create solutions to address local development needs. The challenge is funded by the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan and assisted by the Japan Innovation Network (JIN).

Mr Noguchi, CEO of Think Sea Corp. developed 'fish leather' with a sustainable manufacturing method and won the Idea Award at the Youth Co:Lab Social Innovation Challenge Japan 2021. Think Sea Corp. will work with UNDP A-Lab in Samoa to create solutions to respond to the local need for effective ways of utilizing fish skins and waste.
