This report presents the assessment of UNDP institutional effectiveness conducted jointly by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) and Office of Audit and Investigations (OAI) of UNDP. The scope of this assessment extended to all geographic regions, covering country, regional, global and corporate levels of programming and organizational work. The assessment identified a number of challenges to successfully implement and reach a higher quality of programming.
