Diagnostics and country case analysis on the conditions of the poor in Colombia have consistently highlighted the productive dimension as one of the most challenging dimensions for overcoming poverty in the country. To boost the productive potential of the poor population in the country the Korean United Nations Development Program Millennium Development Goals Trust Fund implemented in 2014 three pilot innovative solutions to strengthen the economic inclusion of this population in six cities, namely Cartagena, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Ibagué, Tumaco and Villavicencio.
