This publication documents the successful partnership in Liberia among UNDP, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and Liberia’s Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. The report shares successes and lessons learned in programme implementation, service delivery and capacity development since UNDP first assumed the role of Principal Recipient in 2004.
