SURVEY REPORT

This report summarizes the findings of the third phase of a survey performed to assess the impact on the socio-economic conditions of the population in target regions of recovery efforts conducted under the Ukraine Early Recovery Programme (UERP). In addition, the research findings reflect the attitudes of local communities and IDPs regarding access to and satisfaction with the provision of public and social services, the level of trust in the local authorities and self-government bodies, as well as the engagement of citizens, NGOs and other stakeholders in the UERP implementation process.

This study was undertaken by the UN Development Programme in Ukraine under the project “Ukraine Early Recovery: Programme Implementation Support to Final Beneficiaries”, implemented with financial support from the European Investment Bank, in partnership with the research agency Info Sapiens. The “Ukraine Early Recovery: Programme Implementation Support to Final Beneficiaries” project is part of the United Nations Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme (UN RPP).
