This report provides an overview of the Global Policy Centre on Resilient Ecosystem's (GC-RED) activities in 2020. It highlights the main results achieved under:

• The GC-RED project in terms of advancing global thinking and knowledge sharing on sustainable development in drylands and other fragile; and 
• The Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Network (BES-Net) project to promote dialogue and collaboration between science, policy and practice sectors for more effective biodiversity and ecosystem services management.

It also summarizes the Centre's UNDP Managing Agent function to implement the Poverty-Environment Action for the Sustainable Development Goals (PEA) project jointly with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
