UNDP’s Global Policy Centre for Governance is a conduit of frontier research, a curator of empirical evidence, a conversation starter and a meeting space for researchers, policymakers and practitioners. Through these functions, the Centre aims to foster transformative change for inclusive, accountable and effective governance systems.
Collaboration with longstanding, new and prospective global, regional and country partners are key to ensuring relevance and sustainability of the Centre’s efforts.
The Centre is thankful to the Government of Norway for its longstanding support and partnership.
UNDP works in over 170 countries and territories, helping to eradicate poverty, reduce inequalities and exclusion, and build resilience so countries can sustain progress. As the UN’s development agency, UNDP plays a critical role in helping countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Global Policy Centre for Governance is committed to being a responsive and agile entity that tackles frontier governance issues and challenges.
