This ICPE reviews UNDP’s engagement in Timor-Leste during the 2021–2025 programme period, a time marked by both progress and persistent development challenges. The evaluation spotlights UNDP’s role as a valuable and trusted partner, supporting governance reforms, climate resilience, and poverty reduction, while also noting constraints that affected sustainability and scale. The evaluation findings offer useful direction for shaping future cooperation in support of Timor-Leste’s national priorities and long-term development goals.
