This ICPE reviews UNDP’s engagement in Somalia during the 2021–2025 programme period, amid ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, stability, and resilience. The evaluation highlights UNDP’s role as a trusted partner to national institutions, supporting reforms and capacity development in a complex and evolving context. The findings offer valuable guidance to inform UNDP’s next phase of cooperation in advancing Somalia’s long-term peace and development goals.
