This assessment document combines a concise country-by-country overview of HIV and mobility in each of the 10 ASEAN Member States with profiles of the major organizations working in the region on this issue. Policy makers and practitioners can benefit from this report as they develop comprehensive rights-based responses to address the HIV-related issues that confront migrants and mobile populations throughout the migration cycle from their home countries, in transit to their destination and upon return.
