In Sri Lanka, the business and human rights landscape is evolving, with more businesses coming on board to ensure their business operations are not negatively impacting human rights. Two issue briefs published recently by UNDP Sri Lanka delve into some of the business and human rights challenges in the country and offer recommendations on how the implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) could support changes towards a more responsible business environment.
