This training manual on Gender Sensitive Budgeting (GSB) was developed for the UNDP/JWIDF-supported regional gender budgeting Training of Trainers workshops by Debbie Budlender in Moscow with revisions made in Manila, and further refined by Nalini Burns in French for the Dakar Workshop. This manual was used for other regional gender training programmes, including Cairo, thus contributing to the wider knowledge dissimilation of GSB.
