UNDP’s Water portfolio is made up of projects in over 150 countries, in four thematic areas of support: Water Supply, Sanitation, Transboundary Waters Management, and Water Resources Management. The International Waters focal area of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) represents the principal source of funding for the Transboundary Waters Management area.
