Please be informed that payments of verified polling personnel made by Simkorpor Agents and at RCB Special Pay Points will be discontinued with effect from Monday 16 October 2023 at close of business.
RCB will operate a Special Payment Center in districts where it does not have a branch (Port Loko, Kambia, Falaba, Tonkolili, Karene) until Tuesday 31 October. All ad-hoc personnel in these 5 districts are strongly encouraged to claim their payments before this deadline.
Furthermore, kindly note that payments can be claimed at any RCB branch until 31 December when all SIM Korpor e-vouchers expire. Please see the list of payment centers and RCB branches below.
Verified staff who receive an SMS with individual SIM Korpor e-voucher code are encouraged to bring the valid government-issued ID (national identity card, voter ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) used to confirm their details during the verification process.
