In 2023, UNDP accelerated its work on business and human rights in Africa, with noteworthy achievements in implementing programmes and activities owing to strategic measures such as maximizing opportunities, fostering partnerships, and establishing sustained engagement with Country Offices and partners. 

While these achievements have significantly advanced the BHR agenda, the sustainability of these efforts in the long run requires careful consideration. Download the report to learn more about successes to maintain, as well as proposed strategies for 2024.
