The 2022 Annual Report demonstrates that the UNDP-DPPA Joint Programme on Building National Capacities supports UNDP's mandate on thought leadership through effective responses to the complex development challenges and responding to crisis in an integrated and coherent manner. As this report details, in 2022, an expanding cadre of 130 peace and development experts based in 73 countries adopted new and innovative approaches to address emerging and multidimensional risks​.
