With the CCA and the UNDAF analyses and frameworks in place,
the major challenge in incorporating PSD into the UNDP programming
are how to identify the best possible PSD solutions and instruments
to the identified development challenges, how to credibly
and methodologically link the programme to the MYFF service
lines and how to formulate a country programme document that
fosters ownership among both government counterparts as well
as private sector players:
